City of Stockton issued the following announcement on Dec 29.
The Economic Development Department has announced the availability of more than $11 million in funding for the development of affordable housing, public services, homelessness, and economic development, programs, projects, and services.
The Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for both the Affordable Housing NOFA, and the Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant, and Emergency Solutions Grant CARES Act NOFA are now accepting applications through the Neighborly portal at: https://portal.neighborlysoftware.com/stocktonca/Participant and will not be accepted by mail, fax, email, or in-person.
Deadlines are based on the type of funding and funding source:
1) Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant CARES Act NOFA applications are due Friday, February 5, 2021, by 5:00 p.m.
2) Affordable Housing NOFA applications are due Friday, February 12, 2021, by 5:00 p.m.
